There are a few things we want you to know before you apply for your trade stall. 

Once you've submitted your application you will be sent two emails.

1. An order email. This is for your records (and ours!).

2. An email acknowledging your application. This email contains our bank details for payments. But please note, payments are only required after we have accepted your application.

PUBLIC LIABILITY POLICY: All Commercial and Hobbyist Trade Space Holders must have public liability insurance of 20 MILLION DOLLARS or more. (Please attach a copy of the policy).

 

FOOD VENDORS: The NSW Government requires all food preparation businesses (including mobile food vendors) to have at least one staff member certified by the completion of an accredited food hygiene training course. Food Safety Licensees must comply with all laws and meet the statutory requirements of all relevant legislation including the NSW Food Act 2003, NSW Food Regulation 2025 and Food Standards Code. 


PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY YOUR CURRENT PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE BY 28 SEPTEMBER 2026.

Successful applications will be confirmed via the email address provided during the application process.


Trade stall spaces are limited, and not all applications may be approved.

Full payment (including any additional fees) must be received by 12 October 2026, or the site space will be allocated to others on the wait list.

Signing this form is an agreement to abide by the rules & regulations of the Junee Show Society Inc.

DISPLAY AND / OR SALE OF GOODS:

  • Applicants are to clearly state all types of goods that they wish to display and/or sell.  Please note that food outlets cannot sell in opposition to the Show Society BBQ.  Please enclose menu if applicable.

  • Applicants are requested to give overall sizes of display vehicles including pulls, awnings, tents, ropes, pegs etc.

  • The Junee Show Society Inc.  has the right to ask that items to be removed from sale.

DURING THE WEEK OF THE SHOW, the Ground-Space Steward, Mr Peter Commens, can be contacted on 0427 314 521.

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Junee Show Society Inc. will ensure that all care is taken, but no responsibility will be accepted for damage or loss however caused to any equipment, displays or stalls.

  2. Junee Show Society Inc. reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion and its decision in this regard shall be final.

  3. The final placement of stalls is at the sole discretion of the Junee Show Society Inc however, the applicant’ site preference will be considered.

  4. All exhibitors and itinerants must contact the Ground Space Steward, Mr Peter Commens on 0427 314 521 before setting up stalls.  Entry to the Ground Space will be between 8:00am & 6:00pm Thursday and Friday of the week of the show.

  5. All displays, stalls, etc., must be in position by 9.00 am Saturday morning, and must remain until 8:00 pm on Saturday, unless earlier removal is authorised by the Ground Space Steward.

  6. Leaving before 8.00 pm on Saturday night without prior consent from the Ground Space Steward may result in forfeiture of preferred site next year.

  7. Political advertising is not allowed. Exhibitors must confine their business to that stated on the application form. No sub-letting is permitted. Hawking, Selling, Canvassing or distributing printed matter is not permitted outside the area allocated, unless approval is applied for by the exhibitor and granted by the Junee Show Society Inc.

  8. Junee Show Society Inc reserves the right to have removed any item it considers objectionable or dangerous which is offered to patrons for sale, display or as a prize given or distributed.

  9. Exhibitors and/or their employees are to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectable manner within the showground.

  10. P.A. Systems, Sound Units or Projectors may not be operated without the approval of the Grounds Space Steward.

  11. Power is very limited and Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own power leads, display stands, special lighting etc., and the removal of the same.

  12. All vehicles must be removed from the Ground Space area by 9.00 am on the operating day of the Show.

  13. The following items are not to be sold by Itinerants: Fairy Floss, Dagwood Dogs, Waffles, Doughnuts, Snow Cones, Toffee Apples, Drug Related Goods, explicit and hard-core T-Shirts.

All animals must be on a leash or a chain. Dogs found wandering the grounds will be removed
